Refunds and cancellation

1. What you buy

DesignDB paid plans (Pro and Team) are subscriptions to an online software service, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page; for Indian billing addresses GST is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

2. Delivery

The Service is delivered online; nothing is shipped. Your plan turns on as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute, and you receive a confirmation email. If a plan has not turned on within an hour of a successful payment, write to us and we will fix it.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. For card and UPI AutoPay payments in India, your bank or UPI app notifies you before each debit, as RBI rules require.

4. Cancelling

An owner or admin of the workspace can cancel at any time from Plan and billing in the app. No further payments are taken. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for; after that, cloud diagrams become read-only and stay available to export.

You can also cancel a UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app, or ask us to cancel for you.

5. Refunds

Payments are for a period of service that starts when you pay, so we do not refund the unused part of a period after cancelling, except where the law requires it.

We always refund in full: charges made in error, duplicate charges, and payments for a period in which the Service was not provided because of a fault on our side.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@designdb.online from the account's email address with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show them.

6. Price changes

If we change a price, your current subscription keeps the price you signed up at until you change plan. We will tell you in advance before any change applies to you.
